What happens next
Your Health Check starts when we get access
The clock starts when your QuickBooks access arrives, not when you pay. Send it over today and your grade is about a week out. Your receipt is on its way from Stripe separately.
Step 1. Send us access, about two minutes
QuickBooks Online: sign in, open Settings, choose Manage users, and invite rhiannon@thryvetogether.com as your accountant. That is the whole step.
Secure access to your file is genuinely all we need. There is no intake form, no document list, and nothing to prepare.
Step 2. We take it from here
We review your chart of accounts, transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, COGS and inventory setup, and the reports you actually rely on.
About a week after your access arrives, you get three things: a letter grade from A to F, a one page findings report with issues ranked by what each one is costing you, and a 30 minute walkthrough call to go through it.
The grade and the report are yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together again.
