Co-Founder & CEO
Rhiannon Barbagallo
Former engineer turned financial strategist. Rhiannon brings analytical precision and genuine empathy to every client relationship. She founded Thryve because she believed business owners deserved financial partners who actually spoke their language.

Co-Founder & Head of Growth
Nic Barbagallo
Most founders don't think about what their business looks like to a buyer until a buyer is already in the room. Nic does. With a background in M&A and 15 years in the medical device industry, he knows what acquirers scrutinize, what kills deals, and what makes a business command a premium. He brings that lens to every Thryve client — whether they're thinking about selling in two years or twenty.
The team
The people who make it happen

Head of Accounting Operations / Strategy Builder
Julia Tkachuk
CPG accounting isn't like other accounting. Inventory costing, channel revenue, COGS complexity — it adds up fast. Julia has seen it all and built clean systems through all of it. Armed with a Business Administration and Finance degree from Colorado State, she's Thryve's NetSuite specialist and the operational backbone of the firm. She's the person CPG founders rely on when the books need to actually reflect how the business runs. Deep QBO experience too, but NetSuite is her home turf.

Accounting Manager
Cassidy Welch
Most accounting problems aren't complicated — they're just messy. Cassidy cleans them up. With deep experience in AP, AR, reconciliations, and monthly close, she keeps the operational side of Thryve's client work running tight. She's fluent in QuickBooks and NetSuite, holds a Business Administration degree from Arcadia University, and has the rare ability to explain what's going on in your books without making you feel like you need a translator.
LinkedIn
Accounting Manager / Coffee Expert
Nathan Sizemore
Nathan brings 25+ years of experience working with businesses across CPG, construction, manufacturing, retail, SaaS, and e-commerce. He's set up accounting systems, cleaned up reporting, managed inventory, and closed the books more times than most people have filed taxes. He's been on both sides of the table — corporate leadership and business owner — which means he brings context most accountants don't have. He also spearheaded Thryve's adoption of Double and is the team's resident expert on the platform. When he's not in the numbers, he's a master coffee roaster — which makes him our finance veteran and the most popular person on the team.
LinkedInAccounting Manager
Dyer McCall
Dyer has spent more than a decade helping business owners make smarter financial decisions, and he's seen the problem from both sides. His career spans public accounting and executive leadership inside multi-entity organizations, so he knows what founders actually need from their numbers, not just what the books are supposed to say. He's worked across hospitality, entertainment, construction, professional services, and manufacturing, cleaning up financials, building reporting people actually use, improving cash flow, and making month-end a lot less painful. He holds an MBA and believes great accounting isn't just about accuracy. It's about giving clients the clarity and confidence to make better decisions. Outside the office, Dyer is a lifelong sports fan who's always up for following his teams, traveling with his wife, or finding an excuse to get outdoors.
LinkedIn
Bookkeeper & AR/AP Specialist
Jaclyn Rutledge
Jaclyn keeps the books clean and the clients grounded. She works primarily with CPG and service businesses, handling AP/AR with accuracy and a level of care that's harder to find than most people realize. She came to accounting by way of early childhood education — and that background shows. She listens well, asks the right questions, and has the kind of patience that makes complex financial conversations feel manageable. She's fluent in QuickBooks and Bill.com, and she's the person on the team who says yes when something new lands on the table.
LinkedIn
Bookkeeper & AR/AP Specialist
Jessica Rees
Jessica brings an unexpected lens to bookkeeping. Her background in urban planning trained her to see systems — how the pieces connect, where the friction is, and what needs to change to make everything flow. That same thinking shows up in how she manages AP/AR for CPG and service businesses. She's fluent in QuickBooks and Bill.com, detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture, and the kind of person clients actually enjoy hearing from. Finance can feel like a foreign language. Jessica makes it feel like a conversation.
LinkedInGrowth Partner / Commercial Ops Lead
Tony Lappostato
Tony brings nearly 20 years of sales experience across B2B and direct-to-consumer, and it all traces back to a lesson he picked up as a teenager working in restaurants: take care of people first. That hospitality instinct still runs everything he does. Relationships come first, and problems get solved with a level head and a genuinely positive outlook. His time in commercial construction means he knows one of Thryve's core industries from the inside, and his direct-to-consumer background gives him a real feel for the CPG founders the firm serves. That mix is exactly why the fit made sense.
