Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you use our website and contact forms.

Privacy Policy details

Two kinds. First, whatever you give us: when you fill out a form, request a guide, or email us, we collect your name, business name, email address, and anything you write in a message. Second, information collected automatically when you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the page that referred you.

Yes, at the company level, and we would rather tell you plainly than bury it. We use services that match a visitor's IP address to the organization it belongs to. That means we may be able to see that someone from a particular business visited the site and which pages they looked at, even if that person never gives us their name. This is common practice for business to business websites. If you would prefer not to be included, email us and we will exclude you.

Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used. Cloudflare delivers the site, protects it from bots, and manages our tags, and it sees the IP address and request details of every visit. Instantly, using a service called Leadsy, identifies visiting companies by IP address so we know which businesses are looking at us. Pipedrive is our customer relationship system and holds the contact details you submit through forms. Resend sends the emails you request. Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the information it receives.

To respond to your questions, to send you the guide or document you asked for, to understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them, to identify businesses that may be a fit for our services and reach out to them, and to meet our legal, tax, and professional obligations. If you opt in to marketing email, we use your address to send it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

No. None of it. Client financial records, payroll, banking, and tax information never touch this website in any form. That work lives in encrypted storage and in each client's own secured QuickBooks file, governed by your engagement letter and by our professional obligations as an accounting firm. It is never used for marketing, never shared with the analytics or visitor identification services described above, and never sold. This policy covers our website only.

No. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf.

We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records. Website analytics data is kept according to each provider's default retention period. If you ask us to delete your information we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or professional records reasons.

Yes. You can ask what we hold about you and request a copy, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, block cookies in your browser settings, and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. Just email us.

Email info@thryvetogether.com with any question, request, or complaint about privacy and we will handle it. You can also write to us at Thryve Accounting and Advisory Services, 114 1/2 E Louisiana St #201, McKinney, TX 75069, USA. If we add or remove a service that handles visitor information, we update the list on this page. This policy was last updated on August 29, 2026.
